I’m a muse!
What’s up, friends and enemies?
So, I was going to write all about last week’s show and the making of the sketch Blind Date, which you can find on our website, through our podcast, or by clicking the link earlier in this sentence. I was going to write about the exact nature of the assignment, the research on mathematical constants I did on wikipedia, and our special guest voice actor and her history with the phrase “Theorem of Pythagoras.”
But then I read the comments to this blog’s last entry and I discovered that someone drew a picture of me. So now this entry is all about that.
Really? You drew me a picture? Can I see it? Or is it like a secret picture?
In any case, I was so flattered that Sarah drew a picture of me that I decided to respond in kind. I don’t have a job, so I had the whole afternoon to craft my response. I don’t know a lot about Sarah, but I do know that a) her name is Sarah, and b) she drew a picture of me, so I incorporated both those things into my illustration. The results are after the jump:

I don’t know why that’s not working. This is the portrait I drew.

I drew a picture of Raizin once….on my favorite pillow. I tell it bedtime stories every night and feed it warm cookies. It has stubble that tickles my face. I love my Raizin pillow!

Hey collective Olde English cast and crew, I’m a big fan of much of your work, especially Bathroom, Gym Class, and the Food Rap. A couple of my friends and I have been working on a three part spoof of starwars called “Gallactic Feud” and were wondering if any of you guys would be interested in taking a look {at it.} Whatever the case may be, please email me back at d_humme@hotmail.com
A big Fan,
David

In case you guys were wondering, Blind Date is a pretty amazing sketch when you don’t even have a sound card and it’s just a bunch of mathematical constants and greek letters floating around avoiding looking at each other.

Raizin, I sent you something but it came back to me saying your email didn’t trust my university’s server.
I tried to send it again thru my crappy-ass hotmail account. I hope it worked!!

Hmmm. It’s possible my Olde English e-mail isn’t working. Try sending to Raizin@gmail.com. David, I’d love to see your Star Wars movie. Send it my way.

Well that was odd… anyway that picture above looks nice, but the only problem is that the hand is disconected. How would you like it if suddenly your hand was detached from your body? Huh?
*breath*
Sorry, my bad. I just get caried away sometimes…
