I just realized that I probably keep going back to the Beatles in every thread because they don't have one of their own. To begin this thread, I would like to say that Paul is in fact, dead. Discuss.

hahahahahaha. when I was a kid, that's who I thought sang it. But then again, I also thought that the Moody Blues and Monty Python were the same people. And I thought that the Moody Blues/Monty Python lived in Middle Earth.
I was the coolest kid in the world.
Mind you, this was when I was about 4.
That is all.

well I think I thought Middle Earth and England were one in the same. I was just a young child, mind you. And besides, you have to admit that the Moody Blues sound Middle Earthy.

So did I. In fifth grade some friends and I were the Beatles for Halloween (I was John). I think they were the first non-children's music I liked.

Do I? Where else have I said it? I think I've said it twice on this board, and both times have been in this thread.

Ask any drummer... Ringo is the worst drummer ever.

Not the worst drummer ever. The guy they replaced was worse. I promise.

I watched the documentary on Beatlemania. It looks like the teeny boppers didn't much care whether Ringo was a good drummer or not. They screamed and fainted anyway.

That......is amazing.

I love the way Ringo plays that bass drum. Not even in time with the music. Somehow that made it infinitely better.

I run around in circles for the Beatles.

I simply adore them. So?

Awww. Youse guys had to start this tread when I was on vacation...

I love the Beatles as well. Actually, when I was little my dad trained me to listen to any Beatles song and distinguish who was singing. And then he would brag about me to my uncles. My family is wierd.

love, love, love the beatles. i have a habit of listening to music non stop till i get sick of it, but im never tired of the beatles.

ringo was kind of a sucky beatle, as far as musical talent goes. everyone else sang, played percussion, and a string instrument. and ringo just banged his drum sticks.

im seeing paul in october! my excitement is building.
