No, the music (at least, the music from the walking segment and onward) is by Slagsmalsklubben, an exuberant Swedish bitpop band. The music during the “house meeting” segment is straight from a video game, the identity of which will remain secret until a total nerd reveals it.

Oh my god I busted out laughing when I saw the Gin and Nutmeg.. mainly because I used to be a druggy and I know nutmeg is over the counter spice that can fuck you up good, though I haven’t tried it.. I dont know how many other people will get it or if it’s common knowledge.. in any case the entire sketch was great OE is on a ROLL!

I noticed that you guys incorporated some “movie magic” in this one. The fact that your bathroom is across from Adam’s room and not on the other side of your apartment. You can see the wallscroll in the reflection of the bathroom mirror. Plus you can see the boom on the chair, which I figure you did on purpose.
I’ve only picked up on this because I watch it so much, It’s one of my favorite sketches of yours.

Nutmeg is a TOXIC spice that, used in small amounts, is perfectly safe to use in your food. But used as a drug, doses of 1 gram starts to cause euphoria and hallucinations, doses of 3 grams or more will actually change the chemical structure into something resembling MDMA (ecstacy) inside your body and cause heavy hallucinations, sweating etc. Even suicidal paranoia is common, and the effects of taking this as a drug can last up to 3 days, so most people don’t take this due to the many side effects. Some people never recover from the brain damage and retain the paranoia for life. People have died from doses of 3 grams, and it is considered 100% lethal in doses of over 7 grams. I love the range on this site- depressors like the the gorrila series, wierd crap like “Like children” and then happy sketches like this one. It’s like having your own array of mind altering drugs.
speaking of which, ‘reply to rose’ is rather full of it. Hallucinations and paranoia are almost unheard of. and the regular dose for a high is 5 to 25 grams, some people take as many as thirty. I don’t understand why you thank wikipedia for this, it says nothing like what you have written. you’re right about how long it can last tho.
